আজ আমি আপনাদের আলু টিক্কি রোল বানিয়ে দেখাবো, যখনই আপনাদের কিছুই চটপটা ও মুখরোচক খাবার খাওয়ার ইচ্ছে হবে তখনই আপনারা এই আলুর টিক্কি রোল বানিয়ে নিতে পারবেন। আলুর এই টিক্কি রোল খেতে খুবই মজার ও টেস্টি হয়।
Ingredients :
1. Flour/ maida -1.1/2 cup
2. Refined oil
3. Salt
4. Boiled potato -250 gm
5. Chopped onion -1 pi's
6. Garlic and ginger paste -1/2 tsp
7. Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
8. Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
9. Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
10. Yellow powder -1/2 tsp
11. Chat masala -1/2 tsp
12. Mint leaves
13. Black mustard -1/2 tsp
14. Whole cumin -1/2 tsp
15. Flour/ maida -3 tsp
16. Bread crumbs
17. Tomato, onion, capsicum 🥗

Process:-
For Spread / Chutney In a blender jar add ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, oil, garlic, green chillies, salt, ½ cup mayonnaise and blend it in a smooth paste. Remove in a bowl and mix in the remaining ½ cup mayonnaise, and keep aside for further use.
For Stuffing In a pan heat oil and add fennel seeds, let them crackle. Now add ginger, green chillies and sauté for a minute. Then add the grated potatoes, salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves mix everything properly and remove in a bowl to cool down a little. Now add bread crumb to the mixture and mix it properly.
Take some portion from the mixture and shape it like a tikki, repeat this process for all others.
Now roll them in the bread crumbs and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry this tikki's in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown and crispy for both sides. Remove and keep aside for further use. For Masala In a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, salt and dry roast them lightly until fragrant. Remove and let it cool down a little, then put in a motor pastel and crush it coarsely. And keep aside for further use. For Roti Take a small portion of the dough and roll it thin using a rolling pin. Heat flat pan and roast it on both sides, apply some butter and cook until light brown from both sides.
Keep aside for further use. For Salad In a bowl add tomatoes, capsicum, onion, salt, black pepper powder, oil, lemon juice and mix everything properly, keep aside for further use.
For Assembling Aloo Tikki Roll Place the roti on a medium hot pan, apply some butter on both sides. Now apply the prepared spread on one side and then add some salad, then the cooked tikki's and remove from the pan on a plate.
Now roll it tightly and serve with some prepared chutney.
